JORMA BARLEY
The unhusked, bare-seeded barley variety, Jorma, from eastern Finland is the inspiration behind barley meals. The husk of the grain comes off during the ripening stage, so there is no need to peel Jorma barley in a mill–and we can use the whole grain during production. Jorma barley is very high in dietary fibre and has significantly more protein than regular barley.
